Opening Hours?

We open everyday from 5 pm - midnight.

Do I need a reservation?

Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are highly recommended. especially Fridays, Saturdays, and special event nights.

Can I book a table?

Table reservations can only be made before 2:00 PM. After this time, seating will be available for walk-in guests only.

Table assignments will be determined based on the most suitable arrangements for the day.

Can I book a sofa table?

A minimum of 4 guests is required for the sofa table reservations.

Can I be late?

Reserved tables will be released to other guests if the party arrives more than 15 minutes late.

Is my reservation completed?

A reservation is considered incomplete if a confirmation email is not received

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments such as QR code payments and online mobile banking.

Does Sanctuary Bangkok have an indoor area?

Sanctuary Bangkok is primarily an open-air rooftop bar.

Is there live music or a DJ?

Yes, we have live DJs and curated music to enhance your experience.

What BTS station is Sanctuary Bangkok located?

If you are traveling to Sanctuary Bangkok by BTS, you have to get off at Thonglor Station, Exit 4 and take another 7 minutes walk to the hotel.

Is there a security screening?

To help ensure a good retreat, we check every bag coming into Sanctuary Bangkok. Our Security team is there to create a safe environment and your cooperation is very much appreciated.
