Aidan Sim had his start as a Bartender at Remy Savage’s (“A Bar With Shapes For A
Name) on the streets of Hackney, London, where soon helped to lead the team as Senior
Bartender. There, he learned about the intersection of art and bars, while developing his own brand of warm hospitality.
After a year and a half, he took over as Assistant Bar Manager at Bar Lotus, an minimalism-influenced space focused on Asian-inspired cocktails, where he was responsible for bar operations and training a team of bartenders and servers. Aidan is currently exploring the bar scene in Singapore, both working in and enjoying bars as a guest, being fascinated by the idea of marrying beautiful spaces with personable hospitality.

Aiden Sim will serve a drinks that not having English names at Sanctuary Bangkok. He will picked the theme of colors for this guest shift Ultimately, what he's bringing is a curated tasting menu of drinks designed for guests (who will become friends) inspired from his experiences working at the best cocktail bars in the world plus his own brand of extroverted London-inspired hospitality that’s centered on people and making you feel good.
